Verse: "Is Allah not the most just of judges?" (95:8)
Occasion (Sahih): Al-Wahidi and others mentioned: the Prophet ﷺ taught his companions this concluding interrogative, saying: "When one of you reads it let them say: Yes, and I am a witness to that." Similarly for "Am I not your Lord?" and "Is He not able?"
