وَلَمۡ أَكُنۢ بِدُعَآئِكَ رَبِّ شَقِيًّا
— مريم 4
Verse: "He said: My Lord, my bones have weakened and my head has turned white — and I have never been deprived in my supplication to You, my Lord." (19:4)
Zakariyya praying with his fullest description of weakness: Weakened bones, white hair, barren wife — three complete physical obstacles. Yet he prays!
"I have never been deprived": Grounding in past experience — "You have always answered me, Lord" — confidence built on a history of answered prayers.
Lesson: Weakness is not an argument that silences dua — it may actually be the time when answered prayers are closest.
