وَإِن تَعُدُّواْ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُحۡصُوهَآ
— النحل 18
Verse: "If you count Allah's blessings you cannot enumerate them." (16:18) — Not "hard to count" but "you cannot" — enumeration is impossible. Every breath, every heartbeat, every functioning cell is a blessing. Ending with forgiveness — as if saying: even if you can't thank them fully, I forgive. Lesson: your inability to thank all blessings is enough to say "Lord, I'm unable to thank You fully — pardon me."

Question: Why does Allah end "you cannot count blessings" with "Forgiving, Merciful"?
Answer: Because inability to give full thanks is enough — forgiveness completes what the grateful falls short of. Divine mercy after showing the greatness of blessing.
