Verse: "And whoever relies on Allah — He is sufficient for them." (65:3) — "Sufficient" (hasbuh) = enough for everything. Whoever makes Allah their sufficiency, He suffices them in what matters and what doesn't, what they know and what they don't. Tawakkul is not abandoning action — it's taking means while referring the outcome to Allah. Lesson: when you exhaust your effort then rely on Allah, He becomes your sufficiency, not a mediator between you and what you want.

Question: What is the difference between tawakkul and laziness in light of this verse?
Answer: Tawakkul: taking full means then referring the outcome to Allah. Tawakul (laziness): abandoning means under the guise of reliance — condemned.
