Surah: Al-Maidah (1)
O Believers Fulfill Contracts
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَوۡفُواْ بِٱلۡعُقُودِ
— المائدة الآية 1
Verse: "O believers, fulfill your contracts." (5:1) — Most comprehensive command in transactions. "Contracts" includes sales, leases, marriage, partnerships, friendships, political covenants. Prophetic principle: "Believers are bound by their conditions" — practical interpretation of the verse.
