Terms of Use

By using Zayenha Quran you agree to these Terms. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm your authority to bind them. These Terms apply to all forms of use (browser — installed app — API).

Zayenha Quran is a digital educational service valued at 79 SAR, made available for free. After activation (free or paid) you get full access to:

• The complete Quran (114 surahs) with verified Uthmani text and recitation
• 1076+ verified scientific cards across 9 categories
• 42 interactive tools for memorization, Tajweed, and reflection
• SM-2 spaced repetition + cloud progress sync

Content may be used for personal learning and non-commercial sharing. Prohibited:

• Copying or redistributing content commercially without written permission
• Automated data extraction (scraping) beyond personal use
• Impersonation or circumventing the activation system
• Any use contrary to Islamic law or Saudi regulations

The Quranic text belongs to Allah and is shared Islamic heritage. The scientific cards, interactive tools, design, and code are owned by Zayenha Hub for Apps. Cited Islamic sources are attributed to their authors.

Religious content is sourced from approved Islamic references and presented for educational purposes. Zayenha Quran does not issue fatwas or binding religious opinions. For any religious matter, consult a qualified scholar.

Paying the service value (79 SAR) is optional — the service is free for everyone. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent Saudi courts.
