Refund Policy

1. Overview

Zayenha Quran is a real digital service offered at its fair value (SAR 79). We follow a fair refund policy aligned with Saudi e-commerce regulations.

2. Full Refund Cases

• Within 7 days of payment if premium features were not used.
• If a technical fault on our side prevented access to the service.
• If geographic or legal restrictions prevent us from serving your region.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• After 7 days from payment — regardless of usage.
• If premium features were used during the 7-day window.
• Subscriptions due to "forgot" or "did not know" — terms are shown before payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team via the Support section in your Zayenha Hub dashboard within 7 days of payment, including your invoice number.

5. Processing

Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Amounts are returned to the original payment method.
