Basic Review Surah: Al-Ankabut (45)

Prayer and Memorization — Using Memorized Content in Prayer to Stabilize It

Prayer: review embedded in worship: Every rak'ah you pray using your memorized content is a review with a reward — requiring no extra time or external effort.

Practical plan:
  • Fajr prayer: recite today's new memorization — clear mind and present khushu
  • Voluntary prayers and Tarawih: cycle through stored content — one page per night prayer
  • Tahajjud: extend ruku and sujud with difficult stumbling verses — focus in khushu stabilizes exceptionally
Psychological principle: Emotional attachment to a verse (in a moment of khushu) transforms it from information to experience — experiences are not forgotten like information.

Hadith: "One with no Quran in his heart is like a ruined house." (Al-Tirmidhi — Sahih)
