Seek Forgiveness from Your Lord — The Key to Provisions
ٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ غَفَّارٗا
— نوح الآية 10
Verse: "Ask forgiveness of your Lord — He is Ever-Forgiving. He will send the sky upon you in abundant rain and extend you in wealth and children." (71:10-12)
Connection between istighfar and provision: Seeking forgiveness removes the veil between the servant and Allah's mercy — blessings and provisions pour. Al-Hasan Al-Basri confirmed: "Increase istighfar in your homes, at your tables, in your paths."
Lesson: When provisions tighten — increase istighfar. Not a direct prayer for money, but preparing the heart and circumstances to receive Allah's bounty.
