Intermediate Al-Baqarah Surah: Al-Baqarah (115)

To Allah Belongs the East and West — Wherever You Turn There Is the Face of Allah

فَأَيۡنَمَا تُوَلُّواْ فَثَمَّ وَجۡهُ ٱللَّهِ
— البقرة الآية 115
Verse: "To Allah belongs the east and west — wherever you turn, there is the face of Allah." (2:115)

Context: Response to People of the Book who were amazed at the Qiblah change — as if restricting Allah to a direction. The Quran teaches Allah is not limited to a direction.

Lesson: Sincere worship is not limited by place. Allah is above all directions by His transcendence and with everything by His knowledge and hearing.
