Surah: Ash-Shams (9)
Successful Is One Who Purifies the Soul — Failed Is One Who Corrupts It
قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ مَن زَكَّىٰهَا وَقَدۡ خَابَ مَن دَسَّىٰهَا
— الشمس الآية 9
Verse: "Successful is one who purifies it — failed is one who corrupts it." (91:9-10) — After eleven oath sentences (by the sun, moon, night...) the answer comes in two sentences. All that cosmic swearing to establish one wisdom: success and failure are linked to soul purification or corruption. Lesson: the greatest project of your life is purifying your soul.
