Allah Does Not Change What Is With a People Until They Change Within Themselves — The Supreme Law of Change

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ
— الرعد الآية 11
Verse: "Allah does not change what is with a people until they change what is within themselves." (13:11) — A governing Quranic social law. External change is tied to internal change. The verse works in both directions: blessings not removed until people change for the worse; humiliation not lifted until they change for the better. Lesson: start with yourself.
