Ghunnah: A melodic nasal resonance from the nasal passage (Khayshoom), lasting 2 counts at full strength.

5 levels (strongest to weakest):
1. Doubled Noon/Meem (نّ مّ) — fullest
2. Idgham with Ghunnah — strong
3. Ikhfa — medium
4. Izhar Noon/Meem — lighter
5. Moving Noon/Meem — lightest
