By the Morning Brightness and the Night When It Stills — Your Lord Has Not Forsaken You Nor Hated You

مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
— الضحى 3
Verse: "By the morning brightness and the night when it stills — your Lord has not forsaken you nor hated you." (93:1-3) — When revelation was withheld a woman enemy of the Prophet ﷺ said: "Muhammad's Lord has abandoned him." This surah came as a decisive response. The oath by daylight (brightness) and night (stillness) — a beautiful rhythm between light and calm. "And the hereafter is better for you than the first" — every stage in the life of the sincere believer is better than the previous — Allah elevates, not descends. Lesson: when good is delayed in your life — remember that Surah Ad-Duha was revealed in a moment of waiting.
