Guard All Prayers and the Middle Prayer
حَٰفِظُواْ عَلَى ٱلصَّلَوَٰتِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ٱلۡوُسۡطَىٰ
— البقرة الآية 238
Verse: "Guard all prayers and the middle prayer, and stand devoutly before Allah." (2:238) — "Middle prayer" most likely Asr per Bukhari & Muslim hadith. "Guard" is stronger than "perform" — meaning continual care and attention. "Qaaniteen" (devout) — complete prayer is not physical movements but full heart presence.
