Verily With the Remembrance of Allah Hearts Find Rest — The Only Prescription for Tranquility

أَلَا بِذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطۡمَئِنُّ ٱلۡقُلُوبُ
— الرعد الآية 28
Verse: "Verily with the remembrance of Allah hearts find rest." (13:28) — "Ala" for attention. "With Allah's remembrance" — causal. "Find rest" — present tense indicating permanence. Tranquility is not through wealth, position, or relationships — but through remembrance specifically. All human prescriptions for peace are incomplete except this. Lesson: if you find your anxiety won't leave — ask: how much did I remember Allah today?
