Surah: An-Nisa (32)
Ask Allah of His Bounty — Boundless Bounty Asked Without Bounds
وَسۡـَٔلُواْ ٱللَّهَ مِن فَضۡلِهِۦٓ
— النساء الآية 32
Verse: "And ask Allah of His bounty." (4:32)
"Fadlihi" (His bounty) indefinite: Bounty without limit or description — because the definite form might imply boundaries.
Context: Revealed prohibiting wishing for what others were given — "do not wish for what Allah favored some over others." Instead of envy — ask Allah.
Lesson: Whatever you see with others and desire — make it a supplication not envy. "O Allah, provide me with similar or better."
