The Day When Wealth and Children Profit Not — Except One Who Comes With a Sound Heart
إِلَّا مَنۡ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلۡبٍ سَلِيمٍ
— الشعراء الآية 89
Verse: "The day when wealth and children profit not — except one who comes to Allah with a sound heart." (26:88-89) — Ibrahim's supplication encapsulates the complete truth. On Judgment Day everything falls away: wealth profits nothing, children profit nothing — except one thing: "a sound heart." A sound heart: free from shirk, filled with sincerity and taqwa. Lesson: the only wealth that will benefit you on Judgment Day is your heart — invest in it today.
